I work organically, creating bespoke sessions to meet you where you are at, so to support and guide you where you want to go. In this offering you will explore who you truly are beyond the behaviours, patterns and conditions of the generations before you. ​

Harness and release what’s no longer serving you.
Explore a deeper knowing of who you truly are.
Create a deeper connection with yourself and your truth.
Envisage a clear vision of what you want in your life.
Embody living in choice of that vision and the life you desire.

The recommendation for this is:
6x Coached Sessions - Weekly, Bi-weekly or Three weekly to allow for integration at a pace that suits you.
​
Followed by 3x monthly Mentor Sessions
Sessions are 90 minutes.​
Check-ins after release sessions.
Support in between sessions whilst working with me.
​Option to move into monthly mentoring can be added at the completion of your bespoke coaching.

We all carry guilt, shame and blame in some way, whether it's something that we did or was done to us!

The unexpressed emotions from our experiences, wounds and traumas
(identify as you wish, as we all have different beliefs).
These emotions when left unprocessed, can take on beliefs and/or conditions, which can be suppressed and stored in our body and manifest as 'dis'ease in the body.

This can play out in many different forms emotionally, mentally and physically, here are some examples:
Our Environment - Ex: Living space, work space.
Our Sensations - Ex: Tensions, tightness in the body, Sinking feeling, Throat contracting.
Our Emotions - Feelings - Ex: Overwhelm, Underwhelm, Frustration, fluctuation in moods
Our Thoughts - Belief system what we believe to be true.
Our Perceptions - Conditions of how we think we have to, need to and should be.
Our Behaviours - How we Respond or React - Ex: Shut down, Defensive, Manipulating.
Our Actions - How it acts out - Ex: Proving, Demanding, Controlling, Perfection, Pain, Inflammation, Injuries, Fatigue, Illness.

These can impact our day-to-day life from how we think, breath, eat, hydrate, move and, sleep.
And ultimately our health, joy and, sense of freedom.
